But I struggled a lot with cake smoothing, I could not get those sharp edges on my cakes! With a lot of test, I developed my own ganache recipe and smoothing technique. And since then I've seen a huge improvement in my designing skills. Having perfectly smoothed cake is like having a perfect blank canvas, you can do so much on it! It is all up to your imagination!     Ganache can be prepared beforehand and stored for a month in the fridge.
