"Ganache has upgraded my cake designing skills"
I came to cake baking in 2013, when I was 14 years old. I fell in love with pastry and wanted to learn everything from baking sponge , to macarons to making chocolate bonbons. 5 years later I became passionate about cake designing. But I struggled a lot with cake smoothing, I could not get those sharp edges on my cakes! With a lot of test, I developed my own ganache recipe and smoothing technique. And since then I've seen a huge improvement in my designing skills. Having perfectly smoothed cake is like having a perfect blank canvas, you can do so much on it! It is all up to your imagination!
