Welcome to Spiral Cake Course!
In this course we will share with you our techniques and secrets of making an elegant double barrel cake with chocolate decoration. You will learn how to bake, smooth your cakes , temper chocolate and decorate the cake. This course is moderately challenging and I recommend splitting up the cake making process into 3 days.
